Dan focuses his practice on the areas of construction litigation, commercial litigation, and maritime law, as well as personal injury and property damage claims. He has significant experience in business tort litigation including prosecution and defense of claims for breach of fiduciary duties, unfair and deceptive trade practices and constructive fraud. He has handled numerous cases before the North Carolina Business Court.

Dan has practiced law in Wilmington for over 50 years. He previously practiced with Williams Mullen Law Firm in Wilmington. He has been Of Counsel in the firm since 2015.
