Parenting Coordination is an alternative dispute resolution process combining assessment, education, case management and conflict resolution.

Parenting Coordinators are typically appointed by a court order to help parents implement and comply with a custody order by providing parents education about co-parenting; strategies to manage conflict and reduce the negative effects on children and guidance in complying with a court order.
