Jeff focuses his practice on commercial and residential real estate (acquisition and development), zoning and land use planning and development, business, commercial and corporate law. He assists with formations, acquisitions, mergers and general advising of business entities.

Jeff was born in Elizabeth City in 1959. He previously practiced with Carr, Swails, Huffine, Crouch & Keeter, L.L.P., and Rountree & Seagle, L.L.P., both in Wilmington. Jeff has been a partner in the firm since its inception in 1996. In his spare time Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and children, fly fishing, hunting, and camping.
